At Cattle + Comb, we take great care in packaging and shipping your handcrafted tallow skincare products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Below are the details of our shipping process.

1. Processing Time
    • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
    • Processing times may be longer during high-order periods, such as holidays or sales.
    • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
    •    We currently ship within the U.S. only.
    •    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
    •    Estimated delivery times:
    •    Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days
    •    Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

3. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
    • Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.
    • If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or delivery service.
    • If a package is lost in transit, please reach out to the carrier for assistance.

4. Warm Weather Advisory
Since our products are made with natural oils and butters, they may soften or melt in warmer temperatures. If your balm arrives soft, place it in the fridge for a short time to restore its texture. This does not affect product quality.

7. Incorrect Address Policy
    •    Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
    •    If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend it.
