Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or offer a refund as needed.

Skin Sensitivity & Reactions

Our products are formulated with gentle, skin-loving ingredients, but everyone’s skin is unique. We recommend doing a patch test before full use. If you experience a reaction, please reach out to us—we’d love to help find a solution.

Cancellations & Changes
